The Cranium Critters teach children (and adults) how their brain works,
so they can think socially, manage emotions, and optimize learning!

Einstein the Owl

Einstein, the head thinker and problem solver, sends out helpful hoots from his executive office, known as the prefrontal cortex. EinsteinĀ helps with focus, planning, and organizational strategies, so that we can stay on track even when mischievous squirrels try to distract us.

Scout the Safety Pup

Scout, the brain's safety pup, keeps us safe with her vigilant watch. Scout's ability to sniff out danger is powered by the amygdala, the brain's alarm system. Scout is always ready to alert us when threats arise so we can get ready to fight, run away, or freeze until the danger passes.

Gizmo the Ground Squirrel

Ground Squirrels are curious and playful. They love to explore their surroundings and get easily excited by everything they see, hear, and touch. They can't resist chasing after anything that catches their eye, from a shiny object to a butterfly fluttering by. These squirrels are always on the move, causing a bit of chaos wherever they go.

Dreama the Tree Squirrel

Tree Squirrels are dreamers and thinkers. They love to climb high in the trees and daydream about the future or remember fun times from the past. These squirrels often lose track of time and can be found staring off into space, lost in their thoughts. They have a rich imagination and enjoy letting their minds wander.

Flit the Flying Squirrel

Flying Squirrels are energetic and spontaneous. They love to leap from one thing to another, often leaving tasks unfinished. They are easily excited by new ideas and activities, which makes it hard for them to stick to just one thing at a time. These squirrels are always looking for the next exciting thing to do, even if it means abandoning what they were working on.
